Nokia -Lumia- N-520 defect within 1 month of Purchase

Hi, I write this mail in deep regret for having chosen to stick with my brand loyalty with Nokia. i have always been a Nokia user for the last 8 years starting from E-51, Nokia-6300, Asha-200 and now the subject model. I purchased the instrument from Vijayanagar Sangeetha Showroom on 6th Nov 2013 for Rs.8,528.91/- vide invoice No.SI/VJN/7627. Given a choice to choose b/w Sony, Samsung and other models in the price range of Rs.7,500/- to Rs.10,000/-, i stuck with Nokia and am now regretting my decision. The problem as such started within a week of purchase, i.e- Instrument would switch-off automatically and i had to re-start the same to use it….. Since last 3-4 days the instrument is not charging and i visited Sangeetha Showroom on 9th Dec, only to be directed to Nokia service centre near Mantri Mall. But my concern is how a smart phone from a reputed (Trusted by me) company go bust within 1 month of purchase and a loyal customer made to pay for his decision to stay loyal to known brand. Hence i write to your forum in hope that the company will take notice and also ensure that loyal customers like us are not taken for a ride going forward. Ramya S. 98800913XX
