Sir/Mam, I have purchased Nokia Asha 200 (IEMI: 352415051913907) on 25/05/2012, I updated LUMIA 520 because i am the strong lover of NOKIA. I have damaged Asha 200’s sim2 tray and gave it for rectification at CARE POINT, 199F,27 TH CROSS, 7THB MAIN,1ST FLOOR,JAYANAGAR,3RD BLOCK,(080-41211151), Service number is 499465550/130816/1.,after 2 days they called me to deliver my phone, when i received it was alright and sim2 used to frequently getting restart, hence i have not received my mobile and gave it back to rectify, next day when i went the problem was solved but the technician damaged the mother board and i am not able to select internet button at all, when i gave it back they said it is going to be Rs.3000 to change the M.Board, but already i have paid Rs.855(17/08/2013, bill no.804). here my concern is they are not responsible to here me rather they are convincing me to accept the mobile, when i ask them they are saying you have already serviced this mobile from outside and nokia care is not responsible for anything. i got hell feeling, i try to speak with manager Mr.Sunil(09343330303), no positive response, i spoke to nokia CC, no response. finally i am forced to collect my mobile after 3 weeks. Whenever i see my mobile i hate NOKIA company like anything, i have stopped suggesting nokia to my friends. my question here is why the hell you are appointing such a in efficient managers and technician and looting people money like anything and making nightmare. my concern is still no one solutes this issue.
