I had purchased lumia 1520 from local dealership in Jaunary 14. Few week back, I found some dead spots on the screen of the mobile. I submit it on authorized nokia care center. They as that, device need to send to nokia main repair center in New Delhi and it will be return back in 7-10 days. But I got call from care center on 20th Sept that my device is repaired and returned. When I went to collect to the device, I found that It is not repaired. When I asked same to representative, they told that device need to be send back and it will returned back in 7 days. I tried to contact there online support to exactly what was the they “fixed” but no answer. Neither local service center person is replying any reasonable answer.

I want my money back that I spent on purchasing the device. I also want to receive, money I spent on new mobile. I had to take leave without pay from my office as the service center is very far my home/office. I want be compensation for same.
