Nokia Mobile – Denial to repair period of warranty

I had purchased Nokia X3-02 mobile from M/s Shree Mobiles, Jabalpur. Purchase date is 22/05/2013. IMEI no. is 357387041880063. Recently i have some problem with the mobile. I contacted care centre having following address on 18.05.2014 M/s Sapna Telecom Care Center, Recycling point Address: A4, Dutt Apartment, Sneha Vihar, Napier Town, , Jabalpur, India Phone: +9193005958xxx Email: sapna_jabalpur@nokiacareindia.com They open my mobile for primary checkup at the reception and after that they said that the mobile phone is out of warranty. I showed them the original cash memo as a proof of purchase and explained to them that i had purchased it on 22.05.2014 and hence it is in warranty. But they r not entertaining my claim. I complaint the matter to Nokia care online at contactcentre.india@microsoft.com and after several emails the information I got was: Thank you for e-mailing Nokia Care. The Service Request No. is 1-15144368567 This e-mail is in reference to know the complaint status of your Nokia X3-02. I regret for the inconvenience caused to you. In response to your email and as per the update received from our backend department, I would like to inform you that your device proof of purchase is not genuine. Hence, for further assistance I request you to contact to the same dealer from where you have purchased the device. Namita Jain Nokia Care Representative India
