I had purchased a phone Nokia Asha-206 on 16.10.2013 with IMEI1 no.358371052394387 and IMEI2 no.358371052394395.For about one year the performance of the phone was good but during last month the display of the phone was not working good.I visited the Nokia Care Haridwar centre on 29.09.2014. Firstly they said the warranty of the phone is expired in August ‘2014 but after arguing and showing my bill they agreed that warranty is till 16.10.2014.But they refused to service the display and said the display will be changed costing 1800 INR, as the display got moisture content on it. Please resolve the matter at the earliest due to shortage of time in warranty expire.

My phone should be repaired free of cost,as this phone is under its warranty period.So no charges should be incurred.
