The last day I went to Nokia Mobile kr. Coochbehar branch. With my nokia 110. my problem was my handset has automatically switched off and does not able to switch on. The engineers of the kr opened my phone and said that It charged Rs 300/- to repair. though my handset was in the warranty period but they refuse my warranty coverage due to a small crack on the cabinet.they provided me a jobsheet(no.598504886/130403/16).but now they are saying that my phone is unable to repair.
