my bhabhi Ms. Shally From kalka near panchkula haryana submitted a handset of nokia model X2 to punchkula nokia care on 05-06-5015 almost 17 days back job set no. 164433527/150605/004. no reply till from service center. she visited almost daily for handset. please resolve it on priority. as per policy process for DOA if takes more time.
