Nokia Mobile model C-6 – screen display has completely blacked out

I would like to draw your kind attention towards my Nokia Mobile model C-6 which is under Warrantee of 1 Year. I have purchased this mobile handset on October 22, 2012 and the other details are as follows: Purchased from: “One Mobile” store of Future Group Price: Rs. 7500/- Invoice number: 6705, IMEI number of phone is 357901047582067. Two Months ago the screen display has completely blacked out. To overcome this problem I had approached the nearest Nokia Care Centre with my problem. Where they had denied repairing or replacing it and said that since the Device was manufactured in Korea, so it cannot be repaired here. I was surprised at the irresponsible behaviour of the Nokia Care staff and their unhelpful behaviour. My concern is that whether the mobile was manufactured in Korea or India but when I have purchased a genuine Nokia handset from India, then as a customer I should be entitled to the repair or replacement of my phone which is well within the warranty as a measure of effective after sales service. Moreover there should be close liasoning and co-ordination between the dealers and the Nokia Care centre in this regard so that customer does not face such problem.
