Nokia C-03 purchased on 26/08/2012, is experienced a heavy slowness and unresponsive touch screen experience. This is was brought to the notice to company thru nokia care wide job sheet number 183433527/120709/181, wherein the same was repaired and provided to be, however now when the same issue have popped up, was made available to repairs wide job sheet number 183433527/15582 dt 10/06/2013, was denied by care centre to repair under warranty.

At first repairs only, they had promised that this issue will not be popped up again, and if does will replace it under extended warranty. but now had denied basis water logging clause. This is hard to understand that why only touch screen effectiveness gets hamper in water logged device.

I seek complete resolution of the issue, that too under warranty.
