Dear Core Team, I had bought a Nokia phone (Lumia720 IMEI – 357297051739358) in July this year and it had several issues listed down and sent to Nokia on emails, discussed with them on phones but no one i trying to help. I went to their service center but they were not able to help as wll. Nokia is not replying back on emails. I had written very clearly on 18.Sep.2013 that I will approach a consumer rights protection agency but they never responded back. Can you please help on this. My phone shuts down any moment and you cannot swtich it on either. Volume down key never works. A phone is such an essential thing in life and cannot be so unreliable. Looking forward to your help. Unreliable phone. Unable to receive or call. Cannot be switched on or off. Hangs on its own and comes out it sometime and sometime not. Mental stress and agony of spendina large amount of money for their brand promises but still not working.
A refund. Don’t want to keep this phone.
