I Had Purchase My Mobile in the month of August 2013. It gives promblem in Bluetooth & Radio (Not Operating Radio & Bluetooth) & Battery problem. Starting of Sept I had visit in Ville Parle Nokia service center they said (we have to send this mobile to delhi for repair). But my personal work i cant give it to them at that time. On 12th of Oct I had visit the Dadar Gallary they said if you extending ur warrenty by paying Rs. 525 then we will replace your handsed. Now after 15 days they said your cell phone not replaced it is repair.This is Misguidance of service center. nd they said its compulsory. (They said its Board promblen nd you will get surely replacement by paying Rs. 525)

I want my mobile replacement from Nokia & Also want to refund my Rs. 525 Because i done want to extend my mobile warrenty. If they not ready to replacement and Refund then i want back my all money which is i spent on mobile phone that is Rs. 4000?-
