vide code No. 146_504867 with M/s Orion Communications, Opp. Muncipal Market, Near Canara Bank, Mapusa, Goa 403 507 of my Nokia X2-02 having serial/IMEI No. 352869057369862. The display was flickering and had visited the centre for repairs as the validity was till 21.08.14. After the set was opened and the technician was about to replace the same he then informed first that there is water log in the set. When I told him the set was not ever got wet he said it may be because of the moister. I repeatedly told him that the moisture foaming inside the set is not of my fault and requested him to replace under warranty for which he refused to do so. Therefore, I make this complaint for your kind and favourable consideration and instruct the dealer to replace the display as the reason stated by the dealer is of not my fault.
