I am M.Swapna, worked as a reliance life insurance advisor in our Medchal branch.(Now the agency was attached to Mallakpet branch). My code no is 20762990. My licence no is 385 5335950. Due to some personal problems I want to leave the company. But when I went to submit the resignation on 5th Dec they said the branch manager in leave up to 18th Dec. But I asked them to take my resignation letter and give acknowledgment. But the c.e.denied to take the application. Simply they said to come after 19th Dec. But on 20th Dec I made a call to the branch, they said branch manager extended her leave upto 25th Dec. So come after 25th Dec they said. On 28th Dec I made a call to the branch, the c.e. said madam came so come tomorrow. But I went to the branch on today morning (29th)They simply said madam not came to office. Then I gave the resignation letter to the c.e. and asked for acknowledgement. He denied to take the resignation letter.There is no concerned person in that office in that office. Finally I handed over the resignation letter along with all original documents to the c.e. without having any acknowledge. This is very poor response from the reliance life insurance mallakpet branch.so please take necessary action. Pl send me reply on swapna_m82@yahoo.com
