dear sir,
i am having post paid connection from indrapuri, in front of jubilee gate,
bhopal office . two months back i had been to vadodara for 15 days. during
this period the mobile had stopped functioning. on complaining at one of
your offices at vadodara, i was informed that i should have informed the
bhopal office regarding my visit to other state.
on reaching bhopal when i visited yr office, they told me that it should not
happen because it automatically get available on roaming and need not
inform the company.
now for last one month i am in mumbai and am facing the same problem
my mobile has stopped functioning and none of yr staff heed to my
problem. your bhopal staff still persits saying that my mobile is working.
kindly do the needful or i will be forced to initiate action in an appropriate
forum.
