I had booked a Honda Aviator Disc Type M Grey on 16 Nov 2009 with Gugnani Honda Bhubaneswar vide Booking ID 3639 against a commitment of delivery with in 30 days by paying Rs 1000.00.
It is over 70 days now, Gugnani Honda has neither supplied the above scooter nor given any explanation for the delay. All attempts to evoke a response by mail, tele and personal visit to the showroom have fallen to deaf ears. Mr Gugnani has not responded to calls made on his Cell 94370 31140.
I was subjected to racial discrimination by the show room staff during my visit on 28 Jan 2010 at about 1730 Hours as I had complained against them to Honda HO at Gurgaon.
I would expect a suitable acion against Gugnani Honda for nonadheracne to the commited delivery schedule and stern punitive action for discriminating a retired defence services officer.
