Non adjustment of cash payment made to Vodafone

Sub: Inability of the Service Provide to resolve my complaint Fw: Fw:
Complaint [REF:16826510181]

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had Deposited on 22.01.2009 Rs.600/- (Rupees Six Hundred only) against my post paid Vodafone mobile phone (Mob No- 9759001488) bill of January at Vodafone store at Bhatia Complex, Near Jamna Palace & vishal Mega Mart, Haridwar, Uttarakhand and received a Cash receipt. Even after almost a month my account has not been credited even after lodging my complaint (No
16826510181) and numerous written and oral follow up. Each and every time I am being given a ambigious reply thereby prolonging my harrassement.

You are requested to kindly lodge a formal complaint against Vodafone Essar for the following :

1. Non regester of my complaint by Vodafone care at no-111.:
I had approched the customer care no at 111 for registering a complaint for not crediting my Account and the customer care officer didnot register my complaint on the pretext that I should have to provide him the Cash receipt No and address of the vodafone store where I had deposited my payment even though I was given a receipt which didnot contain any receipt No and the address given was that of New Delhi and not of Haridwar. My complaint was only registered after emailing my complaint to the company.

2. Delay in processing my complaint No 16826510181 even after completion of one month :
I had started to take up my complaint soon after deposit of my money on 22.01.09 and even after numberous written and verbal interation the
service provider has not been able to resolve my complaint. I am unable to make a call due to the delay by the service provider.

You are kindly requested to register a complaint against Vodafone essar at the earliest and ask the company to give me compensation of Rs.10,000/- for problems incurred by me.
