They had taken a cheque worth Rs One lakh as a token money on 1st Dec 2012 with pertext when they will be ready with the map they will allot me a shop of my choice. At that time they will go for a formal agreement with the payment plan they had indicated . Since their project is enormously delayed and I have lost my interest to go with them , I rquested them to return my token money as we have not gone for any formal agreement as yet . They are refusing to refund my money. Kindly help me out to get my money from them and oblige. Regards Mrs Parveen Sehgal
