CNS No. 708869700 booked on 14.05.2010 from Indore office. We were forced to pay Rs. 1950 in advance which was suppose to be To pay basis. we are operating since long but this has happened first time with us. This material is not reached to destination till date. We have the complaint of Mr. Pandey whio is sitting in the Indore office for his behavior. Next Day we have booded GI Coloured sheet approx 1800 kg to Tuticorin.(builty no will be sent to you by tomorrow.) In this case he has not issued the builty for 2 days and as the builty came we were shocked to know that he had charged 16000/- ( sixteen thousand ) for just 1800 kg. We had not told him to sent it thru xps. When we protested why builty not issued at the time of booking, he told that weight not veruifed and no body from your side came to collec the builty which is not true. He gave many reasons. What can be the maximum rates applicable on frieght for this and till date we do not have the location of it. We are surprised to know what kind of service you are providing. The material we had sent to Tuticorin from Indore reached after these bookings reached but this is not yet reached. This is affecting the credibility of your company and the persons who are sitting at this seat. We also been told at Indore office after getting builty that pls return our goods we don’t want to sent then we were told that it is already sent in cargo which is not delivered yet. This is kind of monoply act for which we will protest in comsumer court also. We want you to correct the builty and deliver the material as we are making huge losses due to non delivery of material.
