Hello, Myself chinmay anant pathare, residant of kalyan(west). I have been using micromax A87 since 20-9-12 [purchased from SAPNA MUSIC CENTER,Opp. Krishna Talkies, Near Gita Hall, Shivaji Chowk, KALYAN(WEST)– BILL no. – 5997 ]. My cell battery got damaged 1.5 months back. then immediately i went to customer care center to buy new battery as it was not available in any stores in market. Those people told me that it will take 15 working days after ordering. I agreed. Now it’s been one and half month still it’s not available…and no one picks up phone when we try to contact in service center, (on a no. given by them only). Please provide me with new battery as soon as possible or collect my phone and give back me my money….i will buy new cell as i am facing great amount of inconvenience.
