Dear sir, I have applied for the cancellation of my IRDA URN no. OKMI 2912120061 on 4th March and submitted the form at Kotak Mahendra Insurance company office at Raj Nagar distt centre at Ghaziabad(U.P.) but almost one month has passed but it is still pending.I have not appeared for IRDA exam for qualifying for agent.
