Despite paying Rs 1,35,000/- since last one 7 half month work is not completed. Also party is not providing Shutters , accessories , chimney bill & guarantee card. Party is blackmailing that if additional Rs 100,000/- is not paid , no work will be completed.Also looking at the past experience there is no guarantee of work.

Because of this blackmailing and non completion of Kitchen work we have to eat outside & suffer lot of metal agony & reputation loss.

Rs 150000/- as damages along with completion of work with all necessary bills & guarantee.
