I had purchased a Sony Home theatre system DZ 790, 20 days back. From M/s Harmony House Pvt. Ltd. from kolkata. I had paid in full and have not received the product yet. I am not getting the full refund and the seller is saying that he will pay 26500 as against 29200 the invoiced value.

Please help I am stuck in this awful situation where my hard earned money is involved.
