On October 10, 2011, I placed an order with Sathyadeep Musical Palace for “congo_2” (white/red striped triple thin congas), for $215 US.
Mr Ashish Shrivastava told me I would receive them within 20 days (that would have been by November 1),
I have never received with item.
Mr. Shrivastava never even supplied me with the shipping details (carrier company, tracking number).
At last contact Mr. Shrivastava told me they would arrive by Dec 6. They did not.
Please refund my payment of $215 US immediately.
Now he is not responding to my emails.
