I have sent a letter containing mark sheet with bank draft by speed post on 2/06/09 from RANCHI to ALLAHABAD. But till date above letter did not delivered. I also write a complain to GPO Ranchi Postmaster on 8/6/2009. They also did not replied me. Above letter is related with carreer of my son. Now date is over for applying. Myself including my son become in tense . My blood pressure has rose to 130/100. What can I do? Who can help me?
