Non delivery of ordered item

I ordered Canon Ixus 110 IS Camera on 12 June 2010 from EZONE Website (ezone.futurebazaar.com) during their zero margin sale and I was Guaranteed delivery within 21 days , however after 3 weeks and much follow up, I was informed that product is unavailable and I was offered replacement model , to which I agreed. Although the availability should be checked and ensured at their end before taking the order and the money.

I was told and confirmed (by mail) that replacement model would be delivered latest by 13 July 2010 . However till today (12 July 2010) when no dispatch details was communicated to me , I called theircustomer care executive and I was told that the product has not even been received at their warehouse and therefore there will be further delay before I receive my order.
I am still waiting.

During this entire 1 month I mailed them at least 10 times (& called them atleast 5 times) to which they replied only twice.

Today , their customer executive behaved rudely and asked me to have patience. Imagine after 1 month of order and delaying the delivery twice , they are asking me to have patience.
When I asked them to give me a date on which the product will be delivered , they refused to commit any date and told me very rudely that they are trying their best.

When I searched on the internet , I found that they have cheated many people in the same way . I dont know whats actually going on in the organisation . Their must be something more than what meets the eye or may be its just their unprofessional management. I hope that legal action be taken against these frauds to make them pay for their wrong doings.
