I purchase a apple iphone5s from www.yebhi. com on 24/11/2013 for Rs.53500 but they still have not shipped my phone (deliver) to me, and whenever i try to contact them they are only giving me assurance so please look after it and get resolve my complaint. The Details of my iPhone order is as below,

I request Yebhi.com to ship my iPhone at the earliest as it has been more than 10 days since they have debited my money from the credit card account and this is totally unfair that i don;t even have the product in my hand.
