I had received allotment letter from TATA MOTORS ( UIN – 112444247) on 27th June,2009 for allotment of nano car against my application. As per the I had received from Tata Motors, they supposed to deliver my allotted car between July-September,2009.

This car has been purchased against car loan fromSBI, Dwarka branch. My car loan is already approved and i have started repaying installment also.

Now this is November and so far I have not received delivery of my car from Tata Motors, regarding this I have inquired several times with Tata motors dealer I.B. Motors pvt. ltd. and also personally met him regarding this issue.

according to them my allotment has been canceled in Tata’s systems but when I inquired through their help line, they said delivery of your car is in process and please contact with dealer for delivery.

I have also sent Release Order from Bank through e-mail for their ready reference 2 times.

From 20th October, 2009 I have started using rental vehicle and spent lot of money for rental vehicle and still continuous. If they would have delivered my allotted car on right time as they have specified in their letter, I would have saved lot of money witch I am paying for rental vehicle at present.

I would like to file case against said company under consumer court.
