Respected sir, I am a customer of Union bank of India Manmad. I approached the union bank of India ATM on dated 24/2/2013 for withdrawal of Rs.20000/-but the casby meh was not dispensed by ATM and the amount was deducted from my account. I have lodged the several complaint to local branch, regional office and the AGM office,Mumbai but in vain

As per RBI’s guidelines ATM related complaint should be resolved within 7 days from the complaint lodged by victim. After 7 days the bank should pay 100/- Rs.per day as reimbursement.
