Non-Functional Internet Service

This is in regards to the broadband connection service from ACT to which I am subscribed currently. The connectivity for my account keeps going down almost every week in a month. I would like to go back to the history to make my complaint more relevant. My new ACT broadband connection was activated on May 29, 2013 after paying an amount of Rs.1622 ( advance rental + other billed expense). However, the internet connection went down on June 04, 2013 and this complaint was resolved after 4 days i.e. June 08, 2013. After this, the internet worked fine for a week and again went down on June 15, 2013 for which I again raised a complaint. This complaint was again resolved after 3 days i.e June 18, 2013 without anyone getting in touch with me regarding the issue and without confirming whether the internet is working or not, the complaint was closed. As the connectivity was working fine, as a consumer, even I didnt get back to them and asked if the SR has been closed or not. The internet worked fine again till June 25,2013 and the services again broke and I was forced to raise a complaint. The complaint raised this time as resolved in a day i.e. June 26, 2013. However, no one told me why is this occuring again and again. The internet worked fine for the longest period till date after the last complaint on June 25, 2013. However, the connection again went down on July 14, 2013 and was resolved somehow after me shouting at the customer service desk on July 16, 2013. But this didnt last long again and there was a complaint registered again on July 31, 2013 for similar issue. The July 31, 2013 complaint was attended by August 1st, 2013 and the internet was working until August 08, 2013 and like a fool I again raised a complaint. To my surprise, no one attended this complaint and it was closed without fixing the issue after 3 days. Hence, I raised a complaint again on August 11, 2013 for similar issue and pleaded like a beggar to fix the issue permanently. This issue was resolved on August 12, 2013 and I was assured that the issue has been fixed permanently and I would never face this again. Now then, come August 19, 2013 and the internet is down again

Firstly, I would like the service provider to fix this issue permanently. Secondly, I would like to get monetory compensation for the financial loss and mental tensions I have incurred over a period of three months
