I bought an LG 29 inch CTV in October last year from Kaydee Autsuvisions Pvt Ltd in Indiarapuram Ghaziabad at Rs 14000+. Last week, it suddenly got stuck on the stand by mode. I complained and an engineer turned up, insisted that it was the motherboard that was the problem although i kept telling him the problem appeared to be with the remote. he brought back the board after two days. the problem persists and my reception has gone to terribly grainy from very clear. This is well within the warranty period and i am shocked at LG, which advertises itself as a reliable, world class brand. Lesser known brands of television have performed much better. I exchanged my 6 o year old TV for this product because i wanted a bigger screen and my older TV didnt give me a single problem in all that time. I demand that this product be changed for a fresh one since once the mother board has been fiddled around with, it is never going to function right again. Either that or a refund.
