Respected Sir,

A chimney of your company was installed in my home on 10.12.2009 . At the time of installation auto cleaning system was not checked by your technicians. They assured us by saying that it will be checked on the first servicing day 20.03.2010 . But the auto cleaning system failed to work and water was left inside the machine.

Till now the problem hasnt been solved and the distributor confirmed that a technician eill br sent from kolkata to look into the matter. Till date no one has turned up and the water is still left stagnant in the machine.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible n confirm us whether the machine will be damaged due to water logging in it or not. I look forward for your prompt reply.
