I had purchase new Split A.C. 1.5 T form M/s. KALPANA -KOTHI CHAR RASTA -RAO PURA- VADODARA. Till date instllation is not done even after 3 times my self visited at Kalpna shop and three times make phone call. Apart from above I make complain bia mail and internate to M/s ONIDA LOCAL CERVICE CENTER on dated 29.05.10. I received phone call from ONIDA local service center. They intimate to us istallation is not in their scope ,same shold be done by Dealer M/s Kalpana only.
