Non issue of NOC

1. The laon was adjusted on 30.03.10
2. Even after a phone call made by HDFC custmer care centre Delhi that the NOC has been isuued and can be collected from the Bathinda Branch. But a account sattlement statement was issued to me regarding adjusment of loan account.
3. Mr Sunil and Madam Rajneesh told me that the NOC is with Ludhiana Branch and the made 4 times mail to them and the advise me to contect directly to custmer care centre ludhiana at cell No 9815331111. But the refused to give me the No of your compliant box or any other competent authrity to whom I can talk.
4. At Ludhiana Mr Dinesh told me 0n 17.06.10 that either I should come to ludhiana to explain my problem or go to Bathinda branch and call him from there and made some arrangement so he can talk to Mr Sunil or Madam Rajneesh. As such he dos’t know the Nos of Bathinda Branch. He also refused to gime the No or address of complaint box or of competent authority to whome I can explain my problem.
5. My Loan account No is 91453423.
6. I protest the attitude of the represtitive of HDFC Bank in regard of behaviour to deal with the custmors.
