Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding mediclaim policy taken by my client Mrs.Sushma Soni from Oriental Insurance company under policy number 271900/48/2009/855. On 9/8/2008 she was admitted in Delhi Heart & Lung Institute, Panchkuian Road, New Delhi and discharged on 14/8/2008. During this period, her cash less claim was approved for Rs.67802/. After that she had applied for post hospitalization claim of Rs.113534.92 and all the bills and necessary documents were deposited in company’s office at Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi on 16/10/2008 and these were checked and received by Mr.Sushil Malik, A.O.D. But till date she has not received any claim amount. Several visits were made to their office by me and several reminders were send to their office but all my pleadings have gone deaf ears. They are simply making a plea that the documents have been misplaced by them and they will not make any payment until and unless they find them. Moreover, the officer who has received these documents has already been transferred to some other branch.
Please help me in getting her claim as still she has not fully recovered.
