SUB: Non Payment of my Gratuaity Amount against my PPO NO. 201111083383

Please be advised that SBI Auragabad Bihar has forwarded you a letter no 549/11-12 dated 23rd Feb 2012 regarding payment of my Gratuaity amount as advised by Treasury officer Aurangabad(Bihar) vide his letter no 110 dated 08th Feb 2012.

Unfortunately the Bank has not yet credited the payable amount to my SBI SB Account No. 11113418077 (Auurangabad, Bihar).
Being a senior citizen its very painful to reminding and visiting the bank almost everyday for this particular reason.

Expecting urgent intervention from the Bank Mangement to sort out my problem and please do the needful and credit the amount payable to my account urgently.
