Despite allotment of 120 sq.m of plot,C-49, in Lohia Nagar Scheme in Meerut in December 2010. I have deposited the full amount of Rs.6 lakhs in January 2011. However, I have been denied possession as there exists no plot. In short, the plot in question is a disputed one which was allotted to me. I have represented many times, but to no avail. Kindly help me in getting back the same. thank you.

I have already deposited a sum of Rs.6 lakhs with them in January 2011. Still the Authority is not giving me an alternate plot.
