I am having a MIS a/c no. 3605376 at Ferozpur post office HO branch (Punjab) (PIN-152001) which was requested to be transferred to Kangayampalayam PO Sulur (TN) (PIN-641401) on 19 Dec 09. Even after repeated queries & complaints the a/c is not received here at TN till date. Online complaints made on official site of Indian post service are 100000-01369 dated 01 May 10 & 100000-90056 dated 09 Mar 10 but to no use. 22 May 10 was the maturity date of the scheme. Kindly do the needful.
