I am one of your disappointed customer, i was sourced the policy number 435396825 by a agent from Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd

When the policy was sourced to me, i was informed that it is a three time payment (UNIT LINKED PLAN) and i do not need to pay any further payments, and agent was very clearly aware that i have a lot of financial commitments hence when i had some funds i invested the same.

After three payment i went to surrender the policy and claim my amount they are saying that 15-20 working days will take process but when I read the policy there is no condition that 15-20 days will take to process the claim.
I am calling to their office but not getting any positive response.

i request your urgent intervention, i was told that i need to lock the money for 3 years.
Hence please refund my money with the said returns
