Non receipt of pension arrears due to SBI working process since Oct 2009

Dear sir,

Please go through the under mentioned chain mail are self explanatory. I am facing hard financial problem. I had complaint to SBI HO Mumbai to their Chairman and DGM Customer care.

Please solve my plea as early as possible. If you are taking an action please revert me the information.

Is this the last stage of your assistances and satisfy to your customers ? Please revert the answer. I am conclusing the all chain mail.After that I will claim my arrears and funds with 18% interest per year.

I have complaint to your customer care web sight as well as to Kolkata local head office also to a RM office, krishnagar. But nobody return any msg why the case is held up. Thats why now I am approaching you. I think you may give some reply on my case. Why my revised pension and arrears are held up since 11th Oct 2009.

Your assistances, involvement and co-operation are highly solicited please.

Dear sir,

Till today my arrears has not been credited, neither revised pension i have recd. Is it your proccess of work ? Two months is being completed. My corrigendum PPO is moving within your branches why? All others banker has paid the 6CPC pension arrears as well service arrears, why not SBI ? Can you explain ! After giving earlier request and complaint neither you given me any responces or reply. So why you have open the complain channel, if you are not giving any responces or reply.

I request your kind concern and a sweatable reply per mail.

I am Dilip Kumar Das an ex-service man since Feb 2007 and a pensioner of Chakdaha(4744) branch. I have recd my corrigendum PPO No S/Corr/178498/2009(Army) dt 26 aug 2009 from my record office on 10th Oct 09. and the RO Krishanagr(Nadia) has recd that and further they had fwd the PPO to Chakdaha branch on 11th Oct 2009. I have complaint at your complain form through your web site one week earlier but nothing responces I have got. One month is over but my arrears amount could not credited in my a/c. About Rs 4 lacs are pending to credit.

Therefore you are requested to arrange to credit my arrears in to my a/c. Your kind co-operation and assistances are highly solicited pl.
