I insist myself to write this latter regarding the non receipt and wrong estimation of car value of the policy from reliance general insurance company, noida branch
I have renewed my vehicle policy from reliance general insurance on 28/1/10 and in this regard I have given the cheque of rs 8012/- dated 2/2/10 which is credited from my account.
In this regard first I have contacted dated 25/4/10 the cutomer care ,they told me the policy is in process .
I have contacted the mr. ravi (manager)and mr. puneet(sales manager)and mr sachin(authorized broker) but they are unable to answer and further I have contacted than they told me that idv in the covernote is wrong. Means his broker or his representative has entered the wrong idv .
Therefore they did’t make the policy but they even didn’t inform me regarding this .
Further for getting policy I have inspected my vechile dated 11/6/10again from his authorized person after his given suggestion and the charges
But now he told me that now the value of my car is rs 250000/ which is wrong .
