Non receipt of repairing estimate

My Samsung front loading washing machine had a leakage underneath for which I had inform the Samsung Service Center. And subsequently the centre gave me a job card no Complaint No : 10DAO3E003. Dated 3.5.10. On 5th May’10 their technician had visited my residence and decided to take the machine for repairing to Dibrugarh workshop with an understanding that the service centre would communicate to me on the repairing estimate prior to repair.
In that context I sent a mail will all relevant information to Customer support on 7.5.10.for their intervention but no help from that end.
Now almost 10days till date neither I have received any call from the center nor any estimate.
Please help me.
