I want to inform you about my transaction with www.timtara.com dated 12th Dec., 2012, done through Axis bank Net-banking (Payment Id : 61078873) , amounting Rs. 7840 (order no. 10369404, Transaction ID 10162151, Product name: AO Smith water Heater). In the order confirmation email received, they had mentioned delivery time as 3 weeks but they didn’t even shipped product by due date. As i wasn’t happy with their shipping delay, i made many cancellation requests of which, as per customer care, three are documented in company s records (dated 11th, 14th and 18th January 2013). Surprisingly, they shipped my order despite all these requests. After contacting their customer care executive who assured me of refund after seeing my cancellation requests pending, i refused to receive the product. But they didn’t returned my money so i contacted them many times. On 22nd Feb., 2013, their customer care provided me support ticket no. 63850 but no action was actually taken. Since then i am actively trying to contact them by phone but it’s either not connecting or nobody is picking. My emails to their customer care ID (customerfirst@timtara.com) are also not deliverable since same time. I have also sent email to another email address mentioned in their website ops1@timtara.com on 2nd May, 2013 (reminder on 19th May) but am yet to get reply. As it’s over 5 months now, I am suspicious whether the site is genuine indeed and concerned about my money. Kindly if possible, help me in getting refund and take necessary action.
