Non refund in lieu of u/s monitor

My samsung Monitor(sl no HA19H9FQ634521) went U/S 3 months back. After
2-3 futile visits by samsung technician I was informed that they will
refund my money. that to with some 35% depreciation charges. Repeated
call to banglore repair center give me same old reply that your refund
is in progress. will be intimated to you soon but 1 and half month
passed but no progress. I have contacted undermentioned people
repeatedly at Bangalore service center.

Called and emailed to samsung india many times
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible I am facing huge
