Non-refund of money by Tradus.com

Dear Sir, On 19th July, I had ordered L size of leggings i.e. Pack of 6 Assorted Stretchable Lycra Cotton Leggings (Sub-Order ID: 10034531_01) where I have received XXL size from Tradus. When I sent an email then they ask me to contact Aramex on Local code + 33003300 (Ex : 011-33003300) Mon – Sat , 9:30 – 5:30 and register my reverse pick up with them free of cost by sharing our A/c Code – 50612835. They told me that to provide them a courier tracking no. once provided by courier boy. They assure me a refund or a replacement within 2 working days of receiving the product. On 1st Aug 13, I had done the same and Aramex courier boy pick my order back and provided me with a tracking number i.e. 6221953290. The same day I had provided to Tradus via email but inspite of several reminders and emails I have not received my money back i.e. Rs 599 from Tradus with no response till date. Please help as I am going through a lot of depression due to worst customer service by Tradus. Looking forward for your reply and kind help Regards, Varun Sharma
