I Rajkumar banarsidass Gupta using mobile no 9960540400 transfer my postpaid no to prepaid on 5th May 2009 from Bharti Airtel outlet ( Ankit Communication Chinchwad ) & cleared all my dues on the same day but eight month have pass still now till today I have not received my credit amount which is balance in the account of Rs 294.29 which included security deposit & some excess amount paid by me on clearing the last bill & I have attach a photo copy of the last bill in which credit amount of Rs 294.29 can be seen.

So I request the kind management to look into this matter & please transfer my Credit amount of Rs 294.29 to my prepaid a/c as early as possible.
