I bought four shoes from Yepme Online Shopping through there order no 4101938 in which one shoe(pink and grey women) received with manufacturing defect which on complaint and several calls reminder replaced by YEP ME in the meanwhile another shoe(sky blue men shoe) when try has sizing issue because there size doesnot match standards my size is 7 and on shoes also written 7 but so much tight i call customer care they arrange pick upon 7 dec 2013 till then through several calls i asked them to replace but after so much fake promises they didn’t replace it then on 3rd january they said they will refund the money as they are unable to replace I said okk but till now several reminder mental harassment by customer care executive they till today didn’t refund it as shoes price is rs377 but it spent more then 500 on phone please tell me what to do for this pathetic service of yep me Regards .
