During my daughters admission, i have paid Rs.10000/- as deposit to the school which is suppose to be refunded when my daughter leaves the school. but after more than a year passed and they are not will go give me the refund. every time i call them they say that call after a week. now i am fed up with this and planning to go to the consumer court. please suggest.
