I have asked for replacement of defective battery of mobile phone model v80i manufactured by fly meridian mobile pvt ltd
purchased from m/s world connect ,jamtara road ,nirsa ,dhanbad dated 19/11/09.

As per warrenty card battery is replacement ,if there is defect within period of 6 month from date of purchase,but on asking for the same from company official on mobile no 09337015170
he said that it is not possible to replace the same.Also asked for replacement from service center m/s kamla computers purana bazar,dhanbad he replied company has not provided the same.

Kindly look into the matter
