I had applied for SBI credit card in 2007. Twice it happened that it went back due to absence of anyone in family at home. I had never received it even after couple of requests to resend. I was also offered a Insurance Policy for which i have not received any Details till date. I had requested for clusure of account since i was not provided anything. I had been raising my queries since last 3 months. everytime, i am assured that it would be resolved in 5 working days. Lastly, i have also mailed their Head of services as per the escalation matrix on their website but again, there is no response. Due to this, i am unable to avail any home loans as my name is put in CBILL.
Kindly help as to how i can raise my complaint and resolve the issue. It has been causing a mental trauma without anything substantial.
