Reg:- Purchase of Blue Star Make Water Dispenser Plain & Cold from
M/s.DOLCHE INDIA, KAPASEHRA, N.DELHI
Sub:- Non-Working of the Machine

Respected Sir,

We have purchased one Blue Star Make Water Dispenser ‘Plain & Cold’ with a capacity of 3.2 Ltrs (Model No.30 PC with Sr.No.MD00096) from M/s.Dolche India, GF-C-32, DLF, Sector -14, Gurgaon-122 001 vide their Invoice No.43 dt: 23.06.2009 for our Depot staff and workers.

Since the very day of purchase the machine was not working properly and it was not dispensing Cold water. We complained regarding this to M/s. Blue Star’s Customer Care vide Complaint No,33387, the Dealer asked us to take the machine to their repair shop and they returned the machine informing us that the problem was rectified. But to our dismay, the machine was not working properly and again we had to take machine to the dealer’s repair shop and even after more than three times this exercise had been done, they could not repair the machine properly.

Hence we strictly believe that this is a rejected piece and we requested both the Dealer and the Company to replace the machine with another one. But so far they did not respond positively rather they were uttering all excuses.

So, we hereby request your Hon’ble president to kindly intervene the matter and get the machine replaced immediately as it is the high time one who needs cold water and if the machine could not serve our purpose, there is no need of purchasing such a machine for our use.

We request you to kindly instruct the Dealer/Company to replace the machine forthwith along with the damages which includes the mental agony that we suffered so far.
